Marvel Zombies to be a 4-Episode Series

The What IF…??? animated series had opened so many doors for the Marvel Cinematic Universe to explore. One such avenue is the Zombies universe that Kevin Feige announced that Marvel Studios would be taking.

The fact that it would be rated TV-MA is especially exciting for the fans who have been waiting for a darker toned Marvel production. The series is still in extremely early stages of production.

We do have an episode count for the series, thanks to Zeb Wells, who is an executive producer on the production. He was speaking to ComicBook at the New York Comic-Con.

“So I did not do [the Zombie episode] but I’m doing the spin-off. So it’s not out yet. But I love that episode too, so when I got the call that they were going to do a spin-off from that episode, I was like ‘oh yeah, let’s do it.’ So it’s four episodes, not sure when it comes yet, but it’s looking really cool.”
