Thalapathy Vijay Releases ‘LEO’s’ First Look Poster on His Birthday

On June 22, Vijay turned 49 years old. Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, debuted with its first look poster on this momentous day, and Vijay’s fans responded enthusiastically to it. Leo’s first look poster was released at midnight by the filmmakers, surprising fans. The image shows Vijay holding a hammer.

Vijay is shown holding a bloody sledgehammer in the opening shot. Lokesh Kanagaraj shared it on Twitter.
, “Leo first look is here! Happy Birthday @actorvijay anna (brother)! Elated to join hands with you again na! Have a blast!” Lokesh’s tweet had almost 45000 retweets within eight hours.

In Kashmir, Leo was shot. Since the upcoming film is apparently set in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe, which also stars Kaithi and Vikram, it has attracted a good amount of attention.

A fan tweeted in response to the movie’s first look poster., “Is it a Kollywood film (Tamil) or Hollywood?” One more said, “Cannot wait for this one!” A tweet also read, “What a surprise. Happy birthday anna (brother)! Have the best year ahead.” A person also tweeted, “This is unexpected but so cool.”

Leo, which is also starring Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy, and Mysskin, is Lokesh Kanagaraj’s second movie with Vijay following Master.

The music for the movie was written by Anirudh Ravichander, who has worked with Lokesh three times (before, in the films Master and Vikram) and Vijay three times (previously, in the film Kaththi and Master). The movie is being produced by Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio. Manoj Paramahamsa and Philomin Raj both contributed their editing to the film Leo.
