Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani to Share Screen in “Hero No 1” as Sara Ali Khan Misses Out

In an exciting turn of events, Bollywood stars Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani are all set to dazzle audiences with their on-screen chemistry once again. The dynamic duo is joining forces for an upcoming film titled “Hero No 1,” directed by Jagan Shakti, as confirmed by ETimes. Notably, Sara Ali Khan was initially in consideration for a role in the movie, but scheduling conflicts led to Disha Patani stepping in.

Addressing the rumors surrounding Disha’s casting, Jagan Shakti, known for his work on “Mission Mangal,” stated, “Disha is the fittest and apt for action sequences. Sara was definitely considered, but unfortunately, we couldn’t align our schedules.”

“Hero No 1” is said to be a two-heroine project, and joining Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani will be Pashmina Roshan, Hrithik Roshan’s cousin, who will play the role of Tiger’s romantic interest. Importantly, this film is not a remake or continuation of the 1997 David Dhawan-directed hit “Hero No. 1.” The movie is being backed by Jackky Bhagnani’s production company.

An inside source previously informed Hindustan Times, “Tiger has already shot an action scene, and Sara and Pashmina will join him next year, even though the principal photography is set to commence in London in January 2024.” “Hero No 1” marks the third collaboration between Tiger Shroff and Jackky Bhagnani’s production company, following “Ganapath” and “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” as part of a three-film deal inked by Tiger Shroff.

Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani had previously shared the screen in “Baaghi 2,” sparking widespread speculation about their off-screen romance. Despite constant media attention and public appearances, the two never officially confirmed their relationship. However, in the past year, rumors of a potential breakup between Disha and Tiger began to circulate, and both actors have chosen to remain tight-lipped about their personal lives.
