The Cast Of ‘Scott Pilgrim’ To Reunite for Anime Version Of the Movie

For the anime adaptation of their film Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, actors Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Chris Evans, and Michael Cera are all scheduled to return. According to an entertainment news source, the anime series is based on Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim series of comic novels.

In 2010, director Edgar Wright adapted the books for the big screen, casting Cera in the title role. The narrative centers on Scott, who meets Ramona and falls in love with her right away. But he discovers that in order to win her over, he must deal with all seven of her ex-boyfriends when he runs across one of them at a band competition.

Winstead will reprise her role as Ramona; Evans will play Lucas Lee, Satya Bhabha will play Matthew Patel, Kieran Culkin will play Wallace Wells and Jason Schwartzman will play Gideon Graves.
