Tamannaah Bhatia Embraces New Beginnings in Love: “I’m Working on Becoming a Great Life Partner”
After her amicable split with Vijay Varma, Tamannaah reveals her hopes and evolution — both personally and professionally — as she readies for what’s next.

Months after her relationship with actor Vijay Varma came to an end, Tamannaah Bhatia is reflecting on love, growth, and what it means to be the kind of partner someone would feel lucky to have.
During the promotional tour for her upcoming series Do You Wanna Partner, starring alongside Diana Penty, Tamannaah opened up about what she’s focussed on in life now. She said she’s on a quest to become “a great life partner” — someone whose presence in another’s life is like a positive ripple from good karma. “Whoever the lucky person is, I am working for it. The package shall arrive soon,” she shared.
Tamannaah and Vijay reportedly dated for nearly two years, initially growing closer during the shooting of Lust Stories 2 in 2023. Their romance became public around that time.
Though they parted ways in early 2025, sources say the split was mutual and cordial, with both choosing to stay friends and concentrate on their own careers.
Some reports suggest that Tamannaah’s readiness for a more settled life may have played a part in how things unfolded.
Do You Wanna Partner, set to premiere on September 12, 2025, is described as a modern comedy-drama. Tamannaah and Diana Penty play best friends who launch their own craft beer startup — navigating a male-dominated industry, bending norms, and embracing the chaos of big dreams.
Beyond romance, Tamannaah seems to be investing in self-growth — redefining what partnership means to her, emotionally and practically. In her words: “I want to be that life partner that someone feels like they have done some good karma in their past life, that’s why I have come into their life.”
