Taapsee Pannu Praises Industry Kids’ Unity, Calls for More Camaraderie Among Outsiders
Actress believes outsiders need to learn from the “nepotism gang” to succeed in Bollywood

Taapsee Pannu, known for her candid opinions, has now added her voice to the conversation of nepotism, praising the “nepotism gang” for their unity and calling for a similar sense of camaraderie among outsiders.
In a recent interview with ANI, Taapsee expressed admiration for the way industry kids stick together, support each other, and celebrate each other’s successes. She contrasted this with the often competitive nature of outsiders, who she believes may sometimes feel insecure about one another’s achievements.
“We outsiders are so used to struggling and racing ahead of each other,” Taapsee said. “We’re respectful towards each other, but there’s a certain vibe that’s more prevalent among industry kids. They stand by each other, whether it’s a good film or a bad film. That’s something we outsiders could learn from.”
Taapsee attributed this difference to the intense competition within Bollywood, which can sometimes create a negative mindset among those who don’t come from a film family. However, she also pointed out that many actors, including Kangana Ranaut, Kartik Aaryan, and Kriti Sanon, have achieved success despite lacking a strong support system.
As for her own career, Taapsee is currently starring in the film “Khel Khel Mein” and the Netflix movie “Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba.”
