Prior to being an NBA phenom, Curry was only a scrawny kid. His dream was to be an NBA player just like his father, legendary shooter Dell Curry. However, his size and appearance didn’t impress many. The 34-year-old received no college offers. His only bet was with Davidson College. It was here that he truly became Stephen Curry. The legend of a shooting wizard began as he led the program to two NCAA tournament appearances. From there it was only takeoff.
