Shraddha Kapoor’s Next Big Moves: War 2, Special Songs, and a Supernatural Saga

However, it has now been confirmed that Sreeleela replaced Shraddha after negotiations fell through. This revelation came to light with the release of the Pushpa 2 trailer, dashing hopes of Shraddha’s appearance in the blockbuster sequel.

But there’s more on the horizon for the actress. According to recent buzz, Shraddha might join the cast of War 2, starring Telugu superstar Jr. NTR and Bollywood icon Hrithik Roshan. While she is not slated to be the lead female character—that role belongs to Kiara Advani—Shraddha is rumored to be in discussions for a special dance number featuring both Jr. NTR and Hrithik. Directed by National Award-winner Ayan Mukerji of Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva fame, War 2 is part of the YRF Spy Universe and is set to hit theaters on August 14 next year.

Beyond War 2, Shraddha’s name is being floated for Dhoom 4, where she could reunite with Ranbir Kapoor. Their last collaboration, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (2023), was well-received by fans. Additionally, Shraddha is gearing up for Naagin, a supernatural film directed by Nikhil Dwivedi, slated to release sometime next year.
