Shraddha Kapoor Confirms Relationship with Rahul Mody

The couple, who met on the set of ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar,’ share a sweet selfie on Instagram

This morning, Shraddha Kapoor officially confirmed her relationship with Rahul Mody by sharing a heartfelt selfie on Instagram Stories. The couple, who reportedly grew close while working on the film “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar,” have been dating for some time. In the selfie, both Shraddha and Rahul are dressed in white, gazing into the camera with Shraddha gripping Rahul’s arm and smiling while he gives a playful expression. Shraddha captioned the photo, “Dil rakh le, Neend toh vaapis de de yaar” (Take away my heart, but at least return my sleep), accompanied by a smiley face and red heart emojis.

The couple made their first public appearance together at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar, where they were photographed by both photographers and admirers. Their relationship had earlier come under the spotlight when they were seen together at a dinner in Mumbai last year. At the time, a source told the Hindustan Times that the couple was “shocked” to be photographed together, as they preferred to keep their relationship private and out of the public eye.

Shraddha and Rahul’s relationship blossomed from friendship into love on the set of “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar,” for which Rahul wrote the script. Adding to the romance rumors, Shraddha was seen in March wearing a pendant with the initial “R.”

In her professional life, Shraddha Kapoor is set to appear in “Stree 2,” alongside Rajkummar Rao. The teaser for the horror comedy was released last week, with the movie set to hit theaters on August 15.
