Actress Resumes Filming for ‘Rakt Brahmand’

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who has been taking a break from work to focus on her health following an autoimmune disease diagnosis, is back on set. The actress has resumed filming for her upcoming OTT series, ‘Rakt Brahmand – The Bloody Kingdom.’

The series, created by Rahi Anil Barve and Raj and DK, marks Samantha’s return to the screen after a hiatus. She shared her excitement on Instagram, posting a picture of her essentials from the set. “Never stop dreaming,” she wrote, expressing her happiness to be back.

‘Rakt Brahmand’ is a fantasy drama series that also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ali Fazal. It began filming on September 19. In addition to this series, Samantha will also be seen in ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny,’ a spin-off of the popular series, which is set to release in November. She is also working on her first Telugu film, ‘Bangaram,’ which is slated for a 2025 release.
