Sam Wills On His First Trip To India

Sam Wills, a stand-up comedian from New Zealand, is making his first trip to India. As he explains, “I’ve been looking forward to travelling to India for some time, and to finally get the opportunity it’s amazing,” Wills, also known as Tape Face, “can’t wait” to be there. This is my first time seeing this lively nation. As part of my ongoing globe tour, I’m excited to meet my Indian fans, sample the cuisine I’ve heard so much about, and give them a performance I’m really proud of.

Even though he claims that this is his first visit, he acknowledges that he hasn’t done any research on India. I rely heavily on my background as an artist and prop comic, my knowledge of how to read and engage a crowd, and my knowledge of how to create a sense of spectacle, and surprise using nothing but my performance skills, brief snatches of music, and a series of home-made contraptions.
