Salman Khan Joins Rashmika Mandanna on Set Amid New Death Threats in Hyderabad
The Bollywood superstar, shooting for the action-thriller Sikandar, arrives with added security following threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang as filming continues at Hyderabad’s iconic Falaknuma Palace.
Bollywood icon Salman Khan recently teamed up with Rashmika Mandanna in Hyderabad to film scenes for their action-thriller Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. Despite receiving fresh death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, Salman appeared on set surrounded by an entourage, enhancing security amid ongoing tensions.
In a widely circulated clip shared on Twitter, Rashmika can be seen delivering an intense monologue on set, with her performance displayed on the monitor. Meanwhile, another video captures Salman’s security-heavy arrival, underscoring the precautions taken due to recent threats.

According to The Indian Express, filming for Sikandar is currently underway at Hyderabad’s renowned Falaknuma Palace. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the movie boasts an ensemble cast including Suniel Shetty, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Patil Babbar, Sathyaraj, and Anjini Dhawan, adding to its high-profile lineup.
Salman recently reprised his iconic role as Chulbul Pandey in Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty and featuring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff. With Sikandar set for release on Eid 2025, fans eagerly await another action-packed addition to his filmography, as well as his anticipated role in YRF’s Tiger vs. Pathaan within the Spy Universe.
The threats from Lawrence Bishnoi stem from the infamous blackbuck poaching case, with the gangster warning of dire consequences unless Salman seeks forgiveness at the Bishnoi community shrine in Rajasthan. Earlier this year, an attempt was made on Salman’s life outside his home, allegedly orchestrated by the Bishnoi gang, heightening the ongoing threat faced by the star.
