Rosamund Pike Joins Cast of “Now You See Me 3” in Pivotal Role

Golden Globe Winner Adds Mystery to Third Installment of Magician Series

Lionsgate’s “Now You See Me 3” has scored another A-list talent with the addition of Rosamund Pike, a celebrated Golden Globe and Emmy winner. Pike’s role is shrouded in secrecy, described only as “pivotal” in the film’s press release.

The third chapter of the popular magician series will see returning favorites such as Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman reprising their roles. Joining them are newcomers Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt, each poised to bring fresh energy to the ensemble.

Pike’s inclusion marks a significant moment as the film revisits the daring illusionists known as the Four Horsemen while also introducing a new wave of magical talents.

The acclaimed actress has recently garnered attention for her performance in Emerald Fennell’s “Saltburn,” earning nominations for Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the BAFTA Awards and Best Supporting Actress in the Motion Picture category at the Golden Globes.

Audiences can anticipate Pike’s upcoming projects, including her lead role in Babak Anvari’s psychological thriller “Hallow Road” and her appearance in Lionsgate & Guy Ritchie’s “In the Grey.” Additionally, Pike continues to mesmerize viewers as sorceress Moiraine Damodred in Prime Video’s epic fantasy series “The Wheel of Time,” slated for its third season release in 2025.

“Zombieland” and “Venom” director Ruben Fleischer helms the project, bringing his signature style to the beloved franchise. Collaborating on the screenplay are Eric Warren Singer, Seth Grahame-Smith, and Mike Lesslie, promising an electrifying narrative for fans old and new.

Producing the film are Bobby Cohen and Alex Kurtzman, with Lionsgate’s Meredith Wieck and Erin Jones-Wesley overseeing the project. Robert Melnik facilitated the deals for the studio, ensuring a stellar lineup both in front of and behind the camera for “Now You See Me 3.”
