Rohit Shetty Wraps Kashmir Schedule for “Singham Again”

Ajay Devgn Returns as Bajirao Singham in Anticipated Third Installment

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has unveiled new images from the set of “Singham Again,” marking the completion of the film’s Kashmir schedule. On Friday, Shetty announced on Instagram that the shoot in Kashmir had wrapped up. He shared pictures of actor Ajay Devgn on set, surrounded by vehicles from the J&K Police, and posted a photo of Devgn in uniform with the caption, “Schedule wrap! Thank you Kashmir.”

Ajay Devgn is reprising his iconic role of Bajirao Singham in this third installment of the popular series. Shetty provided a sneak peek of Devgn’s look in the film, captioning it, “Bajirao Singham! SSP (SOG) Special Operations Group Jammu & Kashmir Police…Singham Again… Coming Soon.”

During the filming, both Shetty and Devgn engaged with the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) jawans in Jammu and Kashmir. The star-studded cast of “Singham Again” includes Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh. The series began with the 2011 hit “Singham,” featuring Prakash Raj and Kajal Aggarwal, followed by the successful “Singham Returns” in 2014.

“Singham Again” is set to hit theaters in August 2024. Recently, Jackie Shroff, who plays a key role in the film, expressed gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir administration for their continued support of film industry professionals working in the region.
