Rashmika Mandanna: The National Crush Conquering Indian Cinema
With a full slate of projects spanning multiple film industries, Rashmika Mandanna is unstoppable

Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna has made a significant impact in Telugu cinema, earning the title of national crush. Her popularity has soared in Bollywood as well, leading to a packed schedule of films. Although her primary focus remains on the South Indian film industry, Rashmika has been inundated with Bollywood offers following the release of “Animal.” Currently, she has no availability for new projects, with her calendar booked for the next two years.
Rashmika’s immediate focus is on the highly anticipated “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” starring Allu Arjun, which is set for a December release this year. She is also starring in “Kubera,” a pan-Indian film directed by Sekhar Kammula, alongside Nagarjuna and Dhanush.
In addition to these major projects, Rashmika is working on “Girl Friend,” directed by Rahul Ravindran, and has signed on for “Rainbow,” a women-centric film currently in production. She is also the lead in Salman Khan’s upcoming movie “Sikandar,” directed by AR Murugadoss, which is scheduled for an Eid 2025 release. Furthermore, Rashmika is starring in “Chawa” with Vicky Kaushal and has several Hindi films in the discussion stages.
According to Telgu360 there are strong rumors that Rashmika has been approached for a film with NTR and Prashanth Neel, set to commence this year. She is also expected to allocate dates for “Pushpa 3” next year. With her commitments extending to the end of 2026, Rashmika’s schedule is fully packed, leaving no room for new projects in the near future.
