Familiar Face Reprises Role in Karthi-Starrer

The cast of the highly anticipated sequel ‘Sardar 2’ continues to expand. The latest addition to the star-studded lineup is actress Rajisha Vijayan, who is set to reprise her role from the original film.

Directed by P.S. Mithran, ‘Sardar 2’ is the follow-up to the successful 2022 spy thriller starring Karthi in dual roles. The film’s production commenced in July and has already generated significant buzz with the inclusion of actors like SJ Suryah, Malavika Mohanan, and Ashika Ranganath.

Rajisha Vijayan, who garnered praise for her performance as Indhrani in the first installment, expressed her excitement about returning to the franchise. The actress shared her enthusiasm on social media, stating, “Feeling ecstatic to reprise one of my favourite roles, Indhu! So happy to be back with this fantastic team. Sardar 2 loading.”

The sequel promises to be another thrilling ride with Karthi in the lead, accompanied by a talented ensemble cast. Yuvan Shankar Raja is on board to compose the music, while Prince Pictures is producing the film.
