New Thriller “Double Booked” Starring Adam Scott and Sterling K. Brown Announced at Cannes

In an exciting announcement ahead of the Cannes market, Protagonist Pictures is set to launch international sales for the upcoming thriller “Double Booked.” This feature marks the directorial debut of Emmy-nominated actor Adam Scott, known for his roles in “Severance” and “Parks and Recreation,” who also stars in the film alongside Oscar nominee Sterling K. Brown, Zazie Beetz, and Alexandra Daddario.

The film, penned by David Levinson and produced by Dichotomy Creative Group’s Adam Goodman and Matt Skiena, alongside Adam Scott and Naomi Scott of Great Scott Productions, promises to deliver a gripping narrative that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.

“Double Booked” revolves around a successful self-help writer (portrayed by Adam Scott) and his heavily pregnant wife (played by Zazie Beetz), who plan a weekend getaway at a remote lodge. However, their plans take a dark turn when they unexpectedly encounter another couple (played by Sterling K. Brown and Alexandra Daddario) at the cabin. As a blizzard traps them together, what initially seems like a harmless mix-up escalates into a harrowing battle of deception with dire consequences.

CEO of Protagonist Pictures, Dave Bishop, expressed enthusiasm for the project, praising its suspenseful storyline and the stellar cast assembled to bring it to life.
