Movie Trailers During the SuperBowl LVII

SuperBowl is a major event not only in the sporting world but also it is one of the sought after spots for movie trailers and advertisements. The biggest movie studios Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros. and Disney paid huge amounts for the TV spots during the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

FAST X

It is the sequel to F9 (2021), serving as the tenth main installment, and the eleventh full-length film in the Fast & Furious franchise. The film stars an ensemble cast including Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jason Momoa, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, John Cena, Jason Statham, Sung Kang, Alan Ritchson, Daniela Melchior, Scott Eastwood, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Brie Larson, and Rita Moreno. It is the fifth most expensive film ever made with reports suggesting a budget of $340m. Fast X is scheduled to be released in the United States on May 19, 2023, by Universal Pictures. Its sequel, intended to be the main series’ final installment, is also in development.

THE FLASH

This has been a problematic movie for Warner Brothers. With all the controversies surrounding Ezra Miller and multiple reshoots this has been an expensive production. Hopefully the final cut of the movie is ready but you never know. According to James Gunn, this movie resets everything in the DC Universe so there is a lot riding on this movie. It hits theatres 16 June, 2023

TRANSFORMERS : RISE OF THE BEASTS

Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons. Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in theatres June 9, 2023.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY : VOLUME 3

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 our beloved band of misfits are settling into life on Knowhere. But it isn’t long before their lives are upended by the echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past. INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF DESTINY

It is the fifth installment of the Indiana Jones film series. The film is directed by James Mangold, who co-wrote the script with Jez Butterworth and John-Henry Butterworth.The film stars Harrison Ford in his fifth and final portrayal of archaeologist Indiana Jones.[4] John Rhys-Davies reprises his role as Sallah from past films, with new cast members including Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, Olivier Richters, Ethann Isidore, and Mads Mikkelsen.

AIR

Amazon Prime Video purchased a spot for “Air,” the latest directorial effort from Ben Affleck about basketball legend Michael Jordan’s groundbreaking partnership with Nike. The cast includes Affleck, Matt Damon, Jason Bateman, Chris Messina, Marlon Wayans, Chris Tucker and Viola Davis. “Air” opens in theaters April 5.

CREED III

MGM Pictures used its Super Bowl spot to advertise the third installment in the “Creed” franchise starring Michael B. Jordan, Tessa Thompson and Jonathan Majors.The third instalment in one of the rare franchises yet to release a bad movie, Creed III brings star Michael B Jordan behind the camera, acting as both lead and director.

The “Rocky” spinoff opens in theaters March 3.
