Marion Cotillard Joins Cast of ‘The Morning Show’ Season 4
Oscar Winner Takes on New TV Role Alongside Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston

Marion Cotillard has been cast in the upcoming fourth season of “The Morning Show,” Variety reports. The acclaimed French actress will join Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, and a stellar ensemble including Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm, and Nicole Beharie on the Apple TV+ series.
Cotillard will portray Celine Dumont, a “savvy operator from a storied European family.” This role marks one of the rare television appearances for Cotillard, who is primarily known for her extensive film career. She won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in “La Vie En Rose” in 2008 and was nominated again in 2015 for “Two Days, One Night.” Her impressive filmography includes titles such as “Brother and Sister,” “From the Land of the Moon,” “Macbeth,” “Midnight in Paris,” “The Dark Knight Rises,” and “Inception.”

The third season of “The Morning Show” aired on Apple TV+ from September to November 2023. The series was renewed for a fourth season prior to the premiere of its third season.
“The Morning Show” was developed by Kerry Ehrin, with Aniston and Witherspoon serving as both stars and executive producers. Witherspoon produces via Hello Sunshine, a Candle Media company, alongside Lauren Neustadter. Aniston produces under her Echo Films banner with Kristin Hahn. Additionally, Charlotte Stoudt acts as executive producer and showrunner under her overall deal with Apple TV+. Mimi Leder is also an executive producer and director under her overall deal, with Michael Ellenberg executive producing as well, with Media Res producing the series.
