Kriti Sanon Reveals How Marriage Turned Katrina Kaif Into a Punjabi-Music Fan

On the finale of Kajol and Twinkle Khanna’s show Two Much, Kriti and Vicky Kaushal share hilarious behind-the-scenes stories about Katrina, gym sessions, and unexpected playlist transformations.

Kriti Sanon, now over a decade into her Bollywood career, continues to charm audiences not just with her performances but also with her discipline and commitment to fitness. Her workout clips are a constant favourite among fans, and her recent appearance on the final episode of Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle only added to her candid, relatable appeal. Joining her on the couch was Vicky Kaushal, and the pair—twinning in black—brought easy chemistry, playful banter, and surprising revelations.

During the conversation, Kriti recalled how Katrina Kaif, her former gym partner, underwent a sudden musical evolution after she began dating Vicky. “We used to work out in the same gym, Katrina and I,” Kriti said. “And when she started dating you, suddenly her playlist changed. Suddenly, it was full of Punjabi music. I actually asked her, ‘This is your playlist?!’ because she never listened to this stuff before! She just smiled and said, ‘Yeah, I like it. I can update you.’”

Vicky Kaushal then jumped in with an even funnier twist to the story. He admitted that he has always been hooked on Punjabi tracks, and even before marriage, he would constantly play them during travels with Katrina. “There was one Punjabi song I was obsessed with,” he said. “She started enjoying it too. She even cutely recorded herself singing the song in Punjabi, thinking it was a romantic number.”

But the surprise came afterwards. “I told her the song actually had gangster vibes—like lyrics about killing and weapons,” Vicky revealed. “She was shocked and said, ‘Please don’t ever let me sing this in front of anyone. This is not the right song!’”

Apart from the playful anecdotes, Kriti also spoke about her journey into films as an outsider, while Vicky reminisced about his star-struck early days in the industry, including practising dance steps just to impress Hrithik Roshan during their first meeting. The finale episode, packed with warmth, humour, and nostalgia, marked a lively close to the season.
