Kevin Hart Soars to New Heights in Netflix’s Upcoming Heist Comedy-Thriller ‘Lift’

Prepare for a thrilling ride as Kevin Hart takes on an audacious heist mission in the first glimpse of Netflix’s forthcoming comedy-thriller, “Lift.” Scheduled to hit the streaming platform on January 12, this F. Gary Gray-directed film revolves around Cyrus Whitaker (Hart), a mastermind behind an international heist crew, embarking on a daring quest to steal $500 million in gold from a mid-air passenger plane before it falls into the wrong hands. Joining Hart in this high-flying adventure are co-stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D’Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno, and Sam Worthington.

The trailer unveils Hart briefing his team about the seemingly impossible mission, emphasizing the dire consequences if they fail. “Half a billion in gold is on its way to a terrorist cell,” he declares. “We gotta steal it mid-flight, 40,000 feet in the air.”
