Katrina Kaif Celebrates Tiger 3’s Blockbuster Success with Insights from Bollywood’s Khan Trio

In a remarkable turn of events, Katrina Kaif is basking in the success of Tiger 3, which has amassed an impressive Rs 373 crore globally within a week of its release. The actress, relieved by the film’s robust albeit gradual performance at the box office, especially after the setback of Phone Bhoot, her lone release in 2022, which turned out to be a box office disaster.
Sharing valuable lessons gleaned from her co-stars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in Tiger 3, Katrina, one of the few contemporary actors to collaborate with all three Khans, opened up in an interview with NDTV. She highlighted Salman Khan’s spontaneity as his most potent weapon, emphasizing his ability to bring ease and personality to scenes rather than adhering rigidly to preconceived notions.
In contrast, Katrina praised Shah Rukh Khan for his unwavering commitment and focus. According to her, Khan approaches each day on set with the dedication and passion of a newcomer, providing cues even when not on-screen. She reminisced about their collaboration in Zero, describing his work ethic as “phenomenally inspiring.”
Addressing the physical preparation for challenging roles, Katrina explained that when it’s “Tiger time,” she automatically gears up for the demanding tasks. Drawing inspiration from director Zoya’s vision for the character, she emphasized the importance of agility and physicality, essential traits for an agent always ready for action. Her goal was to ensure that her character, Zoya, exuded a sense of believability in every scene.
