Katey Sagal and Mark Harelik Join “One Piece” Season 2
Veteran actors join the star-studded cast of Netflix’s live-action adaptation of the popular manga series

Netflix has announced the addition of two acclaimed actors to the cast of its highly anticipated live-action series, “One Piece.” Katey Sagal, best known for her iconic roles in “Sons of Anarchy” and “Married…With Children,” will take on the role of Dr. Kureha. Joining her is Mark Harelik, who has recently appeared in shows like “The Morning Show” and “The Rookie,” portraying the character of Dr. Hiriluk.
Sagal and Harelik will be part of a talented ensemble cast that also includes Daniel Lasker, Camrus Johnson, Jazzara Jaslyn, David Dastmalchian, Werner Coetser, Brendan Murray, Clive Russell, Callum Kerr, Julia Rehwald, Rob Colletti, and Ty Keogh. This star-studded lineup brings together a diverse group of actors to bring the beloved manga series to life.
“One Piece” follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, a young pirate who dreams of becoming King of the Pirates by finding the legendary treasure, One Piece. The series has a massive global fanbase and has been praised for its imaginative world-building, unforgettable characters, and epic storytelling.
Season 2 of “One Piece” is currently in production, with Matt Owens and Joe Tracz serving as writers, co-showrunners, and executive producers. The series is based on the popular manga by Eiichiro Oda and is produced by Tomorrow Studios in partnership with Netflix.
