Hrithik Roshan couldn’t contain his joy after Saba Azad’s recent triumph at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2024. Saba clinched the prestigious award for Best Actor/Actress in a Comedy Role for her portrayal of Dr. Vidushi Kothari in the popular Amazon Mini TV series Who’s Your Gynac. Hrithik shared his excitement on Instagram, posting a heartfelt message alongside a candid photo. “Yay. So proud of you, Sa! This was such an incredible performance. I think I called this one,” Hrithik wrote, celebrating Saba’s win.
Saba Azad’s role in Who’s Your Gynac showcases her as Dr. Vidushi Kothari, a 28-year-old OB-GYN juggling her demanding career and personal life. The series, which first aired on September 28 last year, has been well-received for its fresh take on medical comedy.
The couple, who made their relationship public during Karan Johar’s 50th birthday celebration, continues to share personal and professional milestones. Hrithik, who was previously married to Sussanne Khan and has two sons, Hrehaan and Hridhaan, has remained a supportive partner throughout Saba’s rising career.
Meanwhile, Saba is already gearing up for the second season of Who’s Your Gynac, while Hrithik is busy filming War 2 in Italy. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, known for hits like Wake Up Sid and Brahmastra, War 2 also stars Jr. NTR, adding to the excitement around this much-anticipated sequel.
