Gerard Butler Takes Responsibility For Hilary Swank Accident
Hollywood actor Gerard Butler recently admitted that he was to blame for a bizarre accident that Hilary Swank experienced while filming their 2007 romance drama “P.S. I Love You.” Hilary Swank was hospitalised as a result of the mishap.
During his appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” according to American media outlet Variety, Butler claimed that one sequence in the movie “nearly killed” Swank. He clarified, “You know the scene where I’m dancing and [am wearing] suspenders? I shot that scene for a day and a half, and I had to dance like an idiot in the suspenders.”
The actor went on: “She was standing in front of me, giggling uncontrollably, when the crocodile clip, which had been playing on the screen, became stuck. Because I had to ping the crocodile in order to get it to move, the camera crew had these plastic fronts to shield themselves from it. It gets stuck as I’m creeping toward the bed, releases, soars over my head, hits her in the head, and cuts her head.”
