Fatima Sana and Vicky Kaushal start filming for Sam Bahadur

On Wednesday, Fatima Sana Shaikh and her ‘Sam Bahadur’ co-stars Vicky Kaushal and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub left for Jaipur to begin filming. Fatima shared a photo on a flight with Vicky Kaushal and Zeeshan Ayyub on Instagram Story. Fatima, who will be portraying former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the movie, captioned the photo, “Ache Bache.”

The movie Sam Bahadur is based on the life of the illustrious Field Marshal and Chief of the Army Staff Sam Manekshaw. Meghna Gulzar, the director of “Chhapaak,” also cast Sanya Malhotra as Sam Manekshaw’s wife Siloo Manekshaw in the movie. Production is handled by Ronnie Screwvala.

A few weeks ago, Vicky’s co-stars Sanya and Fatima, as well as the directors of RSVP, released an exclusive film showing snippets of Vicky as Sam Bahadur. This film demonstrated the commitment to making the character come to life, starting with Vicky’s incredible metamorphosis into Sam Bahadur.
