Dulquer Salmaan, the charismatic star who has made a significant impact across various Indian film industries, is preparing to captivate audiences once again with his upcoming film, Lucky Baskhar. Known for his roots in Malayalam cinema and his widespread appeal across multiple languages, Dulquer is taking on the lead role in this highly anticipated project, an extraordinary tale of an ordinary man.

Lucky Baskhar, penned and helmed by the talented Venky Atluri, was initially scheduled for a September 7th release. However, the filmmakers have opted to push the release to October 31, 2024, aligning it with the Diwali weekend. This decision was made to ensure the post-production work is completed with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in achieving the authentic “sound and feel” of the film in all the languages it will be released in.

The film’s production team has gone above and beyond to recreate the essence of 1980s and 1990s Mumbai, with ace cinematographer Nimish Ravi and renowned production designer Banglan bringing the era to life. Adding to the excitement, the film’s music, composed by National Award-winning GV Prakash Kumar, has already become a viral sensation, heightening anticipation for the movie’s release.

Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Films, and presented by Srikara Studios, Lucky Baskhar stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead. The film will be released in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi, promising to be a cinematic treat for audiences nationwide.
