Dobaara falls Prey to Privacy

The Taapsee Pannu-starring movie “Dobaaraa” opened in theatres on August 19; however, just one day later, it was victimised by piracy. Reputable websites including Tamilrockers, Movierulez, and Telegram among others have released the complete movie online.

Dobaara, a suspenseful mystery entertainer directed by Anurag Kashyap, has Taapsee, Pavail Gulati, and Rahul Bhat in the key roles. A few internet users had also advocated for a social media movie boycott. When discussing the, emerging cancel culture, Taapsee had said, “If something like this (boycott calls and trolling) happens on a daily basis, one ceases to be bothered anymore. It becomes useless. There is a dialogue to this effect in one of my films. I cannot talk about others in the industry, but for me and Anurag, it has become a joke.”
