DC Displays First Look At ‘Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom’ At CinemaCon 2023

The first official teaser for the upcoming superhero action fantasy movie Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was presented at CinemaCon 2023. Director James Wan and star Jason Momoa were reportedly unable to attend the gala event but made an appearance via video during the Warner Bros. presentation, according to US media source Deadline.

Aquaman aka Momoa was heard stating in the trailer, “I’m supposed to be a king, to bring the land and sea together.” Aquaman tells Black Manta, “No one hits my brother but me.” At which point, Patrick Wilson’s King Orm says, “Do not call me brother!” said Black Trident, the new enemy, “I’m going to destroy Aquaman and everything he holds dear!” reported Deadline.

In addition to Momoa, other performers who appear in the movie include Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Temuera Morrison, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Patrick Wilson, and Dolph Lundgren. Indya Moore and Jani Zhao are recent additions to the action movie’s roster. Mera, played by Amber Heard, makes an appearance in a battle sequence. On December 20, the movie is scheduled to open in theaters.
