B Praak Withdraws from BeerBiceps Podcast Following Ranveer Allahbadia’s Controversial Remarks
The singer criticizes Allahbadia’s inappropriate comments on ‘India’s Got Latent,’ emphasizing the need to uphold Indian cultural values.

In response to the recent controversy surrounding YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia’s inappropriate remarks on Samay Raina’s show, ‘India’s Got Latent,’ singer B Praak has announced his decision to cancel his scheduled appearance on Allahbadia’s podcast, BeerBiceps. The ‘Teri Mitti’ singer took to Instagram to share a video explaining his stance.
In the video, B Praak expressed his disapproval of the content discussed on the show, stating, “I was supposed to appear on a podcast, on BeerBiceps, and we canceled that. Why? Since we are all seeing how pathetic his thinking is. The choice of words that he has used on Samay Raina’s show.”
He further emphasized that such discussions do not align with Indian cultural values, questioning the nature of the humor presented and urging comedians to be mindful of the content they promote. B Praak concluded by appealing to Samay Raina and other comedians to preserve Indian culture and inspire positive behavior among audiences.
The controversy began when Ranveer Allahbadia posed an inappropriate question to a contestant on ‘India’s Got Latent,’ which led to widespread backlash online. Following the criticism, Allahbadia issued a public apology, acknowledging that his attempt at humor was both inappropriate and unfunny.
In light of the incident, a complaint has been filed against Ranveer Allahbadia, influencer Apoorva Makhija, comedian Samay Raina, and the organizers of ‘India’s Got Latent.’ The complaint, submitted to the Mumbai Commissioner and the Maharashtra Women’s Commission, alleges the use of abusive language on the show and calls for strict action against those responsible.
This incident has sparked a broader discussion about the boundaries of humor and the importance of maintaining cultural sensitivity in entertainment content.
