Ayushman Khurana talks about his role in ‘Doctor G ‘

Ayushmann Khurrana has always been able to wow the audience with his standout performances and unorthodox character selections that have a lasting impression.

 

Ayushman will portray Dr. Uday Gupta, who grudgingly takes a position in the gynaecology department of a medical college in Bhopal even though his actual interest lies elsewhere, in the Anubhuti Kashyap-directed movie. He is accompanied by a capable all-female medical staff who will play a vital part in his path both on and off school. The story, which primarily takes place in medical wards, is filled with humour, clever one-liners, and a sensitively handled plot. Today is Doctor G’s theatrical release date.

 

“I have had an amazing experience essaying this character, and I also enjoyed collaborating with Anubhuti and Junglee Pictures for the third time after Bareilly Ki Barfi and Badhaai Ho. This experience is definitely special. Doctor G has a specific theme which I hope the audience enjoys,” he says.
