Father Harjit Singh Expresses Concern as Police Initiate Investigation into Disappearance

Gurucharan Singh, fondly recognized as Sodhi from ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’, has been absent from sight since April 22, according to his father, Hargit Singh, in an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in.

Expressing deep concern and anguish, Hargit Singh disclosed that he has taken the necessary step of officially reporting his son’s absence to the authorities. He conveyed that the law enforcement agencies have responded promptly, swiftly gathering all pertinent documentation and assuring the family of a thorough investigation into the matter.

In an interview with India Today, Hargit Singh shared, “The Station House Officer (SHO) personally reached out to me and provided assurances that they are diligently working to locate him. We remain hopeful for his safety and well-being, wherever he may currently be.”

The General Diary (GD) documenting Gurucharan Singh’s disappearance was formally registered on April 25 at the Palam Village, South Delhi Police Station.
