Actor and Director Deepak Tijori Alleges Fraud of ₹2.6 cr

Actor and director Deepak Tijori has filed a lawsuit, claiming that Mohan Nadaar, the co-producer of his movie Tipppsy, defrauded him of ₹ 2.6 crore. Deepak claims that Mohan joined him in supporting the suspenseful film. According to a recent report, a cheating case has been reported to the Mumbai Amboli Police station.

According to the Times of India, Deepak complained in writing 10 days ago after Mohan failed to send him any money. According to the article, Mohan allegedly “syphoned off” the cash while claiming to need it for the shoot site.. “The actor and the accused had signed the contract in 2019 for the movie Tippsy. The accused did not pay the money and the cheque issued to him kept getting bounced. We are probing the case, and no arrest has been made so far,” said Bandopant Bansode, a senior inspector with the Amboli police, as cited by the Times of India..
