Abhishek Bachchan and Shoojit Sircar Team Up for ‘I Want To Talk’

The upcoming film promises a quirky tale of optimism, releasing in theaters on November 22.

Abhishek Bachchan and acclaimed filmmaker Shoojit Sircar have unveiled their latest collaboration, I Want To Talk. The announcement came on Wednesday when Abhishek shared the film’s teaser on X (formerly known as Twitter). The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on November 22.

The teaser opens with a quirky dashboard bobblehead that resembles Abhishek, dressed in black sneakers and khaki shorts. In the background, Abhishek’s voiceover delivers a thought-provoking monologue:
“I don’t just love to talk, I live to talk. To me, the only difference between life and death is this — those who are alive can speak, and those who are dead can’t.”

Abhishek captioned the 30-second teaser, “We all know that one person who lives to talk. Here’s the story of a man who always finds the silver lining, no matter what life throws at him! Tag that person in your life who lives to talk!”

Fans were quick to respond with excitement. One commented, “All the very best to you and the team, AB! This one’s going to be special!”

This film marks Shoojit Sircar’s return to the big screen after his 2021 award-winning project Sardar Udham, which starred Vicky Kaushal in the role of the legendary Indian revolutionary. Sircar, known for critically acclaimed films like Piku, Vicky Donor, and Madras Cafe, is collaborating with Kino Works and Rising Sun Films for I Want To Talk.

Alongside this release, Abhishek Bachchan has a busy slate ahead with projects like Be Happy and Housefull 5. Fans eagerly await this new venture, which promises a humorous and heartwarming exploration of life’s chatter.
