1.KHAKHRA

2.DHOKLA

3. DAL VADA

4.KHANDVI

It resembles an intricately cut and neatly rolled-up sheet that has been mixed with sesame seeds, mustard seeds, and other spices. 5.LOCHO

Locho, a dish common in Gujarat, is one of Ahmedabad’s most popular street dishes. The majority of street food stands and restaurants in Ahmedabad sell this steamed snack, known as farsan; you can have it for breakfast, as a side dish with lunch or supper, or as a tea-time snack. Chickpea, split black gram, flattened rice, sour curd, and other ingredients are used to produce locho.
