3 Indian Meals That you should TRY

Sometimes, we crave for Indian food. Indian cuisine is full of vibrant flavour, colors, and
deliciousness that not just Indians but people from different cultures, and countries, are also fan
of.
With regular ingredients, we have added some twist to the dish, and presented the recipes for
you.

Ingredients:
● Cooked chickpeas: 3 cups
● Ginger and garlic
● Minced garlic
● Onion: 4
● Tomatoes: 2
● Cashews: 12-13
● Chilli powder
● Dry coriander powder
● Cumin seeds
● Turmuric
Procedure:
1. Take a mixing bowl, pour the pre-cooked Chickpeas, add 1tbsp oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and some salt in it. Give it a mix.
2. Bake these marinated Chickpeas in a pre heated oven, and bake it for about 3-4 minutes.
For TIKKA MASALA:
1. To prepare the tikka masala, take a pan, and add 2 tbsps of oil. When the oil is heated, add ad dash of red chilli powder, and 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
2. Cook diced onion, tomatoes, cashews, and ginger – garlic.
3. Blend this cooked masala with a blender to get a smooth puree.
4. In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, and pour the puree. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Add salt, Indian spices, chilly powder, and roasted chickpeas.
5. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve it with Jeera rice, or your favourite type of bread.
2. MASALA GOBHI FRY

Ingredients:
For Gobhi fry
● Cauliflower florets-2 cup
● Hot water
● Flour- 1 cup
● Black pepper
● Turmuric
● Salt
● Cornflour
● Oil
For masala
Ingredients:
● Oil
● Chopped Onion-1
● Minced garlic
● Chopped capsicum-1
● Coriander powder
● Dry mango powder
● Tomato sauce
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, take the florets, and pour hot water in it. Soak it for 6-7 minutes. 2. Drain it off, and keep aside.
3. In another bowl, take a cup of cornflour, ¾ flour. Add 1 tbsp of turmuric, pepper powder, and salt. Now, add 1 cup of water and prepare a batter.
4. Take the soaked florets, and coat it with the batter properly.
5. In a frying pan, fry the coated cauliflowers till they are crispy.
6. Take off the oil from the pan. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds, chopped onions, capsicum, ginger, and garlic in the pan.
7. Add 1 tbsp red chilli powder, coriander powder, tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Mix it gently so that all the masala is coated in the florets.
Your Masala Gobhi Fry is ready to be served.
3. PANEER KATHI ROLL

Ingredients:
For marination
● Yoghurt
● Paneer
● Turmuric
● Kashmiri chilly powder
● Garam masala
● Kasuri methi powder
● Salt
For filling
● Sliced veggies
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, add 1 cup of yoghurt, salt, turmuric, pepper and coat the paneer well. Keep it for 25 mins.
2. Fry sliced veggies in a pan for 3 minutes, add marinated paneer cubes.
3. Add all the dry masala and mix well.
4. On a Tortilla sheet, spread some sauce of your choice, fill the paneer stuffing, and top it with cilantro.
Roll it and enjoy your kathi roll.
