1. MINI VEG OMELETS
Ingredients :
● Assorted veggies
● Curd- 1 cup
● Semolina- 1 cup
● Seasonings
● Cheese
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, pour 1 cup of curd,and semolina.
2. Add assorted veggies, and some cheese.
Add 1 tbsp of salt, red chili, herbs, and dry coriander powder
3. Give it a good mix.
4. Heat a pan, add 2 tbsps of oil.
5. With the help of a spatula, pour a small portion of the mixture, and give it the shape of an omelet. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
6. Flip it after one side is cooked.
7. Top it with some chives, and grated cheese.
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy your easy peasy mini omelet.
2. SMOOTHIE BOWL:
Ingredients:
1. Bananas: 2
2. Diced pineapples: 8-10 pieces
3. Almond milk: 1 ½ cups
4. Sugar: 1-2 tbsps
5. Coconut flakes 9
6. Chia seeds
7. Food color (optional)
Procedure:
1. Add 2 bananas, diced pineapple chunks, sugar, and milk in the blender.
2. Mash them a little, and blend till it is smooth.
3. You can add some food color to give it some vibrancy.
4. Transfer the smoothie in your favorite bowl. Add coconut flakes, some chia seeds and chunks of fruits.
