Arjun Das Confirms Role in Ajith Kumar’s “Good Bad Ugly”—A Full Circle Journey
The “Kaithi” actor reflects on his early days working behind the scenes for Ajith Kumar and expresses gratitude as they finally share the screen.
Actor Arjun Das, known for his breakout performance in Kaithi, has officially confirmed that he will be part of Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran. Though previously rumored to be involved, the young actor took to social media to reflect on his journey and share how significant this moment is for him.
In a heartfelt note, Arjun Das recounted the early struggles of his acting career and the pivotal role Ajith’s PRO, Suresh Chandra, played in giving him an opportunity. “When I first came to Chennai to pursue my dream of acting, I wasn’t sure where to start. Suresh Chandra Sir was kind enough to let me join his team at D’One. It was a great way to meet directors, producers, and explore opportunities,” he wrote.
During his time at D’One, Arjun worked closely with Ajith Kumar, gaining behind-the-scenes experience. “I had the chance to visit Ajith Sir on movie sets, attend meetings, and be involved in marketing and promotions for his films. I even lent my voice for radio spots and uploaded the teaser for Veeram online. It feels like it all happened just yesterday.”

The actor fondly reflected on Ajith’s consistent support, mentioning the superstar’s kindness throughout the years. “Even when he didn’t have to, Ajith Sir would always put in a good word for me. I still remember when he called me after Master and said, ‘Arjun, we’ll work together soon.’ And now, that dream has finally come true.”
Arjun expressed his excitement about sharing the screen with Ajith, calling it a “full-circle moment” that began with working behind the scenes and has now evolved into an on-screen collaboration. “It’s truly a dream come true,” he added.
