Fans of the action-thriller franchise *Race* are eagerly awaiting the fourth installment. The excitement has reached a fever pitch with the confirmation of Saif Ali Khan’s return to the series after his absence in *Race 3*.

According to a recent report, the shooting for Race 4 is set to commence in January 2025. The film’s writer, Shiraz Ahmed, who penned the first three installments, has revealed that the casting process is nearing completion and the script is almost finalized. While Saif Ali Khan and Sidharth Malhotra have been officially announced, the remaining cast members will be revealed at a later date.

Ahmed has also shed light on the plot of *Race 4*, stating that it will be a direct continuation of the storylines from Race 1 and Race 2. He acknowledged the mixed reception of Race 3, attributing it to the departure from the established characters. He suggested that the film might have been better received if it hadn’t carried the *Race* title.
