The rumours were ignited by a recent social media post by an entertainment outlet that hinted at the duo sharing screen space again, following their collaboration in Kalki 2898 AD.

While the casting uncertainty looms large, director Hanu Raghavapudi has previously teased the project, describing it as a historical action drama that will explore a unique facet of history.
