The trailer for the upcoming spy thriller “Ulajh” has arrived, unveiling a complex world where a young diplomat confronts both personal and national threats. Janhvi Kapoor takes center stage as Suhana Bhatia, a brilliant graduate stationed at the London embassy. Suhana’s meteoric rise to Deputy High Commissioner is marred by accusations of nepotism, leaving her vulnerable and ostracized.
However, Suhana’s challenges escalate when she becomes entangled in an espionage ring. Suddenly branded a traitor (“desh drohi”), Suhana finds herself trapped in a web of deceit. With every ally a potential foe, Suhana must navigate a labyrinth of lies to clear her name and protect her nation.
“Ulajh” promises a captivating blend of suspense and drama, according to the film’s producer Amrita Pandey. Janhvi Kapoor’s performance is also being lauded, with Pandey suggesting it’s one of her career bests. The film, directed by Sudhanshu Saria, is slated for release on August 2nd.
