CBS Greenlights Another Season for Hit Shows
NCIS and The Neighborhood Secured for Another Run

CBS has given the green light for the continuation of two of its beloved series, NCIS and The Neighborhood, for the upcoming 2024-25 broadcast season.
With a track record of excellence, NCIS has consistently ranked among the top 20 series for nearly all of its 20 full seasons. Garnering the coveted No. 1 drama spot for the past five consecutive seasons and 13 out of the last 14, NCIS is currently in its 21st season and stands as the second most-watched entertainment program, just behind Tracker on CBS. The renewal ensures NCIS will grace screens for at least its 22nd season.
Meanwhile, The Neighborhood has maintained a solid viewership, averaging 5.83 million viewers throughout the current season, securing its position as the third-ranked comedy on television. Fans of the sitcom will be delighted to know that it has been renewed for a seventh season.
Commenting on the renewals, Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment, remarked, “The Neighborhood and NCIS epitomize the essence of CBS comedy and drama. They deliver authentic storytelling filled with heart, humor, and relatable family dynamics. We are thrilled to bring them back for another season.”
