Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma also join the crew in pivotal roles. Amidst common industry whispers about clashes on sets when multiple leading ladies share the screen, director Rajesh A Krishnan dispels such notions with revelations about the harmonious dynamics behind the scenes.

Speaking exclusively to News 18, director Rajesh A Krishnan shed light on the rapport among his leading ladies, Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Contrary to expectations, Krishnan expressed unawareness of any ego battles, attributing his focus on work to his obliviousness of such matters. He emphasized the professionalism of the trio, acknowledging their seasoned understanding of the industry.

Krishnan divulged that the ambiance on set was vibrant, with the three actresses forming an exceptionally cohesive unit. “I saw they had a lot of respect for each other. There was a lot of chatting going on and I had to stop them saying, ‘Okay, children, the shot is ready.’ I almost had to tell them to stop messing and fooling around,” he chuckled.

Commending Tabu’s nuanced approach, Krishnan praised her ability to internalize her role effortlessly, even amidst technical challenges. Kareena Kapoor Khan’s dedication to understanding the director’s vision stood out, with Krishnan highlighting her interpretative skills. He noted that Kriti Sanon’s meticulous attention to character details added depth to her portrayal, showcasing her commitment to the craft.

In an exclusive interview with Republic World, the writers of ‘Crew,’ Mehul Suri and Nidhi Mehra, unveiled the rigorous preparation undertaken by the leading ladies. Specialized training from seasoned air hostesses lent authenticity to their performances, with former cabin crew members offering invaluable insights during the filming process. Suri and Mehra commended the actresses for their dedication, underscoring their commitment to accuracy and authenticity.
