Lisa Mishra Ventures into Acting with Amazon Prime’s “Call Me Bae”

Renowned singer-songwriter Lisa Mishra is set to make her acting debut in Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming web series “Call Me Bae,” scheduled for release later this year. Produced under the banner of Dharmatic Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the OTT wing of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the series marks a significant shift in Mishra’s career trajectory, adding another dimension to her already illustrious journey in the entertainment industry. Alongside Mishra, the show features a stellar cast including Ananya Panday, Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, and Mini Mathur.

In “Call Me Bae,” Mishra demonstrates her versatility by transitioning seamlessly from music to acting. Her portrayal in the series is anticipated to infuse depth and charisma into the storyline, captivating audiences with a blend of romance, drama, and humor.
