Sidharth Malhotra Embraces Action in Yodha: A Revealing Insight

Preparation is key in the realm of action-thrillers, and Sidharth Malhotra exemplifies unwavering dedication as he gears up for his latest venture, “Yodha.” Penned and helmed by Sagar Ambre, the film casts Malhotra in the role of an army officer once again, navigating through the intricacies of an aerial thriller unfolding against the backdrop of a gripping kidnapping narrative. Accompanied by co-stars Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani, the actor recently graced the city with his presence for promotional activities surrounding the film.

During a press conference in New Delhi, amidst inquiries regarding his consecutive portrayals of men in uniform, Sidharth Malhotra shared insights with the media. Reflecting on his thematic choices, he remarked, “I think it just happened by chance (signing back-to-back patriotic films). I may be drawn a little more to the uniform, nothing looks better on a man than uniform regardless of any form of service in the country. This is a fictitious uniform so we’ve done the army, we’ve done the police, I have created my own Yodha unit so that I can wear another version of a uniform here.”

Malhotra further elaborated on the multifaceted nature of “Yodha,” highlighting the presence of romance amidst its somber themes. He emphasized, “Yodha does have a hint of love story, as you can see in the trailer. It is not such a dry character but it is not a complete love story but we are right here, promoting a Dharma Productions film so maybe you should ask Mr. Karan Johar when is he making his next romantic film for me to do.”

The anticipation surrounding “Yodha” is palpable, with its release slated for March 15, 2024. This cinematic offering not only marks the first collaboration between Sidharth Malhotra, Raashii Khanna, and Disha Patani but also heralds the first theatrical release of 2024, promising audiences an exhilarating experience.
