Alia Bhatt Radiates Joy at Friend’s Pre-Wedding Bash in Mumbai

Celebrated Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt couldn’t contain her excitement as she attended her close friend’s pre-wedding event in Mumbai on Wednesday. Opting for a traditional look, Alia dazzled in a captivating rani pink ensemble, complemented by a chic braided hairstyle and minimal makeup, enhancing her overall appearance.

After the event, Alia delightedly shared more snapshots featuring her girl gang, captioning the photos with, “Dulhan ke yaar aur dher saara pyaar (The bride’s pals and a lot of love) (heart emojis).” Even her online persona, Chandni Bhabhda, couldn’t resist commenting, “Pink pink pink (emoji).”

Shifting focus to her professional endeavors, Alia Bhatt is set to grace the silver screen in Vasan Bala’s upcoming film, “Jigra,” scheduled for a theatrical release on September 27, 2024. Additionally, she is set to star alongside Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar’s much-anticipated film, “Jee Le Zaraa.”

Recently, Alia made a glamorous appearance at the Red International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. During an informal chat outside the event, she shared a charming anecdote about encountering her now-husband, Ranbir Kapoor, when she was just nine years old.

Revealing the story, Alia disclosed that she began her journey as a young artist in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production, “Black” (2005), where Ranbir served as an associate director. Reflecting on that time, she expressed, “Actually, the one time my mother was okay for me to be a child actor was when I was nine because of Sanjay Leela Bhansali cause he was making a movie. And I walked into his office and who was assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali at that time? Ranbir,” she fondly recounted.
