In a recent interview with Mid-Day, Bollywood actor Sushmita Sen candidly discussed her brief romance with businessman Lalit Modi, shedding light on the reactions their photos received. Sen described the relationship as “just another phase” and expressed amusement at the memes circulating on social media.

While Sen never officially disclosed her relationship status with Lalit Modi, she clarified once on Instagram that she was single. She explained, “I just put out one post on Instagram because sometimes I think when people keep quiet, their silence is mistaken for weakness or fear. I just needed to put out one post to let them know I am laughing. After that, I was done with it.”
