The finale begins with Mehman reaching Vidhayak’s place and buying the horse from him. People of Phulera are excited and rejoiced to see the horse – and are seeing it as a significant win over Vidhayak. But as expected, Bhushan immediately conveys this news to Vidhayak and the latter gets infuriated, without a surprise!

Vidhayak, along with his men, sets for Phulera along with guns and other weapons to attack the village, however, is stopped midway by Bhushan, Vinod, and Madhav. Bhushan gets an ultimatum of 2 hours to convince Pradhan Ji and ward members to return his horse. Bhushan goes to the meeting and tries to convince everyone for the same.

In the meeting of all the ward members, it is decided that all the villagers will be ready in full force to face Vidhayak, and won’t budge. Everyone gathers whatever weapons they can, then be it a rod, a rifle, or a bamboo stick. Amidst all of this, Bhushan, along with his wife, Vinod, and Madhav, walk in with a white flag to demonstrate peace from their side.

Vidhayak reaches the village and aims a pistol at Pradhan Ji but is interrupted by a phone call – it is none other than Prahlad who is in a sniping position – aiming straight at Vidhayak. DM Madam calls in to talk to Vidhayak but on the other end of the call – it is someone else, apparently a senior politician whom Vidhayak addresses as ‘bhaiya’.

After this phone call, an angry Vidhayak fires a bullet in the air and angrily leaves. Villages rejoice at their symbolic win, and we are taken to 15 days ahead – Abhishek’s Exam Day. Pradhan Ji, Prahlad, and Vikas come to the bus stop to drop him but a mishap takes place as two goons on a bike open fire at all four of them. However, no one is shot, and Abhishek is forced to board the bus, as the bus leaves, the goons return and Pradhan Ji, Vikas, and Prahlad run and hide in different places to escape them.

One of the goons shoots Pradhan Ji, and in the next scene, we see him in the hospital. Abhishek rushes to visit him along with his cousin Aditya. Prahlad asks Abhishek not to take any action in a rage. As Abhishek, Prahlad, Vikas, Bambahadur, and Aditya walk out of the hospital, they’re greeted by Vidhayak and his gang, along with Bhushan. A heated exchange of words takes place, and Abhishek ends up slapping Bhushan – this floodgates into a fight between the two parties. The episode ends with all of them in the police station and BDO(Diwakar Dhyani) claiming that now it feels that panchayat elections are up close.

The season finale of Panchayat hints at more to come. This season has been as delightful as the first two, maintaining the charm and humor of the comedy-drama. The focus shifts more towards village politics, adding a fresh layer of intrigue, while Abhishek’s personal life takes a back seat.

The end of Season 3 suggests a likely continuation, possibly centered around the upcoming Panchayat elections. Abhishek’s future, including his attempt to clear the CAT exams and his relationship with Rinki, remains uncertain, adding to the anticipation.

The episode concludes with a touching conversation between Prahlad and Vikas, filling the heart with warmth. It’s endearing to witness the villagers united as a family, supporting each other in times of crisis. This season reinforces the strong sense of community that makes Panchayat a beloved series.
