Timothée Chalamet to Star and Sing In Bob Dylan’s Biopic

Timothee Chalamet, an actor, will portray legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan in the upcoming biopic The Complete Unknown. The film’s director, James Mangold, has just revealed that the 27-year-old actor will perform all of the vocals for the picture.

In an interview with Collider at the Star Wars Celebration in London, the director James Mangold recently discussed his future movie, according to a report by Deadline. When asked if Timothee will perform a song for Bob Dylan’s appearance in the movie, the director said, “Of course!”He also made it clear that the cast is excitedly anticipating the shoot, which is scheduled to begin somewhere in August.

As Searchlight Pictures moved forward with the Bob Dylan biopic with James and Timothee attached to the project in 2020, the formal confirmation regarding Timothee’s casting was first made public. The documentary traces the rise to fame of the American singer-songwriter from his formative years.
