The Vaccine War: India’s Epic Bio-Science Journey Depicted in New Film

The Vaccine War trailer, which had been eagerly anticipated, was unveiled on Tuesday. The movie, which stars Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi in the key parts, is reportedly the first bio-science film made in India and is based on a true story. The struggle of Indian scientists during the Covid-19 pandemic is depicted in the trailer.

The scientists who set out on their incredible adventure to develop India’s first vaccine against COVID-19 are led by Nana Patekar in the opening scene of the trailer. Budget restrictions and inaccurate media portrayals are only two of the challenges these scientists encounter. The amount of female scientists working on the vaccine was also mentioned in the video.

The PM is portrayed by Anupam Kher. In her role as a journalist, Raima Sen pretends to be out to harm both the reputation of the government and the indigenous vaccination. The trailer also has scenes that quote passages from the Mahabharat.

Several people have expressed their excitement for the movie in response to the trailer on social media. One among them wrote, “Thank you to Vivek Agnihotri ji for showing the effort of Indian scientists and Indian government and exposing the anti-national people.” “Now I realised why everyone’s eyes were full of tears after watching this movie. It’s an emotion which came directly from the bottom of the heart. Bharat can do it,” added another one.

The Vaccine War “talks about the struggle of Indian scientists behind the development of vaccines and also unfolds many stories that went behind the scenes,” according to the movie’s synopsis. I Am Buddha and Pallavi Joshi are the producers. On September 28, the movie will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
